• How can I apply for a free demo class?
You can subscribe with your email and our class coordinator will email you and arrange a private tutor for a demo class.
• If I like the tutor who teaches me the demo class, will he/she be my future tutor?
Yes, when we arrange a demo class, we already take into consideration both you and the tutor’s availability for future classes. So, normally, the demo tutor can teach your future classes if you decide to enroll with this tutor.
• What is the class tool?
We use zoom to teach. We will send you a link for a demo class.
• What is the minimum age requirement?
We accept students over 6 years.
• Shall I have a regular class schedule if I enroll for a 20-lesson package?
Yes, we recommend you participate in a regular weekly schedule.
• Can I ask for leave before a scheduled class?
Yes, you can ask for leave by sending a note to your tutor at least 6 hours before class time. You will not be charged if this class is canceled within the time limit.
• When I finish a 20-lesson package, can I continue to enroll for another 20-lesson with the same tutor?
Yes! Absolutely! Most of our students re-enroll with the same tutor for years. Long-term relationships contribute to effective teaching and learning.
